INTRODUCTION

In this second of the three "The Journey Begins" BioFables books, the Maloney family continues on the next four of its monthly adventures, a gift from Mike Maloney.

August finds the family at Door County. Is it a peninsula or not? Could Mort be a bit of an extremophile? You decide.

A lake (or "loch") in September hints at more interesting characteristics. Young Mel seems to be able to catch fish, while one fish seems to be able to communicate with her twin brother Mal.

Come October and November...well, I don't want to give away any more secrets. You'll have to read for yourself.
